    Fast respawning mob [Twilight Highlands]

    I found few npc Highbank Sniper
    they spawn fast.



    up half level 85 on them, very convenient, you can stand in one place.

    What location are you at? Can you specify with coordinates or a map screenshot?

    It's in twilight highlands at the starting point when you get there by boat. At the shore.
