[Warlock] Nether Protection without speccing it

Well I didn't really search a lot for reposts, so sorry if it is one.

The exploit is simple - The Destro lock talent Nether Protection (30% less dmg from X school of magic that hit you in Nether Ward) is usable without having talent points in it. Just spec into Nether Ward without taking the 2 points in Nether Protection and try against a caster. I don't think a screenshot is required, but I can provide one if someone insists.

You get the spell but you can't cast it because it says spell not learnt, I tried it with my paladin and someone did with there DK. sorry.

You didn't understand. You spec Nether Ward and use it. Nether Protection is a PROC from Nether Ward that reduces magic dmg taken from the next spell's school. It procs without being talented.

I found this the second day when I respecced.
You're able to use it once in the new spec then it reverts back to Shadow ward

take a screenshot of the actual spell itself, if you notice it says, resists 0% if additional XXX Dmg. sure it procs but it doesnt do anything other than give you an eye sore. I noticed this as well but was dissapointed to mouse over the buff

Actually for me it said 176% which I'm sure is wrong (lol srs?), but I'm not convinced it's 0%...then again I haven't tested with a repeatable source of dmg yet, so it could be 0%
