A way to change classes SKINS

Ive been searching and searching all over the internet and i couldent get anything like this.

id like to change some of the characters skins, lets say sorcceress (hope i spelled it right xD) to druid or necromancer.

the thing is.. i just cant play girl characters.. i dont know why..
just cant :\

and i know i miss ALOT of awesome game play as assassin or sorccerss becouse of that!

if you know a way to change the characters modles, such as model edits like WoW when i change my troll to undead or stuff like that.

oh and btw, if it matters for something... im only playing singel player, not b.net or multiplayer.

srsly there most be someone that knows..
i understood its something with the MPQ files i tried MPQ editing and changed the whole mpq files of the barbarian to sorceres and sorceres to barbarian so they will change thier skin but it gave me errors, then i tried same thing with the druid mpq files and NOTHING.
