Best pvp/gather/leveling bot & ban concerns

It was some long time ago I used some kind of bot but now I feel like it's necessary again. So the last time I used any kind of bot was in TBC. It a Av bot from Pirox.

I'm looking for a bot that can grind/pvp/gather. Now I do belive there are tons of bots out there that can do those things. But does anyone have any experience which one is the best?

Also another thing, I have been banned about 4-5 times (can't remember really). So now I'm wondering if I get banned, will I get a perma ban? Or just a temp ban?

All the previous bans were more than 1 year ago and for several different reasons. The first ban were 3 hours, second 3 days, third 1 day, fourth 24 hours. Or something like that.

Oh, so have Blizzard changed their policy against botters? Since I think I've been banned for botting once and I only received a 24 hour ban.
