Best Way to Learn a Computer Language

Hey guys i've always been interested in computer stuff how things work and such. I have little to no experience with scripts and such I messed around with AutoIt for maybe 2-3days or so its just little to complicated.But I am willing to kinda sit down now and learn some stuff. Ive always wanted to create Bots & hacks(also the cool things that Shorty does BTW im talking about like the in-game macros he makes that dismounts your Flight Path and such). So if you have any idea what could help me get started just post help a lot thanks.

hmm I would try to look in scripts and try to understand what is says , and download some guide for java , C++ etc on the piratebay and try to make something simple first : )
