Honorbuddy seeking Help!

Alright about two days ago i bought the honor buddy 1 session / 1year from honorbuddy.com it directed me to goldpiraten.de I believe where i made account and payed after i found i could not find the download anywhere so I went to bed and tried to logon but i forgot my password so i hit reset password thinking the email with my new pw but it didnt. My next step was to get the email of honorbuddy.com only to find out the email doesnt work either not even to a message.

I am completely lost and could use an experts help :P
