Damn fog

I have been trying and reading how to get rid of this stupid fog in WOW. i want to have a clip plane further and NO FOG WHATSOEVER. as it is now i have fog turned off and off in the distance i still see this crappy annoying fog and i want to get rid of it. i have a geeforce card with 2gig of ram built on it so the cards not the problem. PLEASE HELP!!!!

BTW its not (fog effects) im talking about. its that fog off in the distance, and if you make an undead toon and enter the city from the starting point youll see what im talking about.
