If im ingame and tab out to query in vendors to my database, do i have to restart my server to be able to spawn em or is there a GM command to be able to like reload them?

Certain tables can be reloaded, whereas others can't. It's always more effective to simple do a server restart, but changes can sometimes be handled through a reload.

You reload different depending on the emulator you use, but on arcemu you do:

.server reload tablename.

For example, you can create a new creature, reload creature_names and proto, then spawn it. Problem is if it's a hostile/gossip creature, it won't work properly until you restart. Little things you will always find like that when you reload, it's the same with reloading Lua. A full restart is required to fully load everything properly.
