You do not need any c++, no compiling and there are no quests.
This is fully DB side, so just execute the script to your database.
Includes¶
Tele npc, gossip, teleports to 130 places (All dungeons, raids, leveling zones, main cities, gurubashi arena and booty bay)
Spawn points for the tele npc and rune circle to all main cities, gurub and bootybay
Summoning effect for the npc (check the end of the code to get the casting animation to the npc)
You only need one NPC to handle both factions.
All teleports have a level requirement according to the zone level or instance level requirement.

Details¶
Entry of all teleport npc's is 300000 by default. Tele Gob's entry is 400000.
Any player can use the teleporter at any time(except while dead)
At level 1 you see only your faction capitals and starting zones that you can access.
All dungeons and raids appear to the list when you have enough level to enter them
(does not include the ones near other faction areas like stockade)
You can not see the teleport option of the place you are at.
(if you are in SW then you only see all other teleports than SW)
The main menu shows "For the Horde" or "For the Alliance" according to your team.
All teleports have "fly" icon. All other options should have a Icon that divides them to groups
All menus have a back button (except main menu, but it is not needed.)
All alliance cities have a Draenei and all other places have the Blood elf teleporter
(just different model in spawn data)
All teleports should be tested and the locations should be safe.
The teleport master has an summoning aura. By default it does not have casting effect,
but if you want, you can add it. (look at the comment at the end of the sql)
