Account Creating problem issue

Hello there guys,
Firstly I would like to apologize if I posted thread that already exists (I'm short on time)
I got a problem with creating account on website, this message is shown when I press "Create Account"


Error: Unable to connect to MySQL server. MySQL reported: .
Warning: mysql_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in C:\xampp\htdocs\inc\account\account.create.php on line 479

Please if anyone knows what seems to be the problem any help would be very much welcome.

edit config files and look so there must be IP everywhere 127.0.0.1 (another one must be only in realm.conf)

so go to C:\xampp\htdocs\inc\account\account.create.php open it with notepad , go to line 479 and look in it . something is wrong edited
