Anyone know how to get an old account that I sold back?

So I "quit" WoW about a year and a half ago but I've been playing on a private server since june. I sold my account when I quit and I want it back, I sold it one other time and took it back but now with battle.net and what not idk how to go about doing it again. I don't think the guy I sold it to is active anymore but my account isn't on my battle.net anymore but it's still in my name and I have the SQ/A but I don't have the CD-keys anymore. So is there anyone who can tell me how I can get it back? I don't wanna have to buy an all new account for cataclysm.

+Rep to anyone who helps me, ty in advance.

Anyone know how to get an old account that I sold back?

I have a question along the same lines....I sold my account, about exactly the same (a year and half ago). When I sold it, I sold it to a chinese guy on AIM who then I assume, sold it to someone else. It was a measly $60 he bought it for. I want to recall it, it now has Cataclysm and SC3 on it. If I do, whats the worst that can happen? Can the Chinese guy open a dispute?
