Farming on a...?

Lv. 70 Paladin. I can swing any spec, what would ya'll suggest for good instances places to farm?

I've read VC/SFK/BFD are good b/c people pay for them, and they have some descent items. I've also read that Tyr's Hand is good for farming, but that was under the 70 Lock (other thread.)

Are all of those suggested places good for any lv. 70 class? Or are there are any class specific places? And not just for Paladins. (I've read the rogues guide by the way).

Any ideas and input would be great!

I grind Primal Manas in Netherstorm because the prices are huge on my server. 60% of lvl. 70s buy gold -_-

Yeah, well, I'm already spending $15 a month as it was (in-active account atm) I'm not about to drop $500 for x amount of game gold. -_-
