No signature??!

Yeah, when I go to settings it doesnt show any signature link to add a signature.

But when I made another account here. It was there, and my other account has no posts or nothing. Whats up with that?

You need 5 rep, yes.
Completely new users is in the "New Users" usergroup, I don't know if they have privileges to use signatures.

Edit: Scratch that, I can see you're a new user too. I honestly have no idea how your other user can use the signature function, I don't think it's supposed to be able to.

Try doing it on fpsowned. Sometimes the sig feature is messed up on mmowned.
