Memory addresses

I'm new to Wow memory editing and bot programming, and have a question:
I can get the memory address for my maximum health and display it in an application for example, but the address changing every time I restart Wow. I read, that you have to read the memory address from an other address, but I don't fully understand it. Could somebody explain this/give a link about this?
