Tabard of the Lightbringer (US)

I'm looking to buy the Tabard of the Lightbringer from the Shadowmourne quest reward for killing the Lich King with Shadowmourne:

I want the item on any US server, I will pay for the transfer to my server. You also must have at least 45 rep, or be a known reputable person (Sorry, don't want to get scammed.)
I will only pay through paypal, and am hoping to find it for $45 USD. (Price negotiable.) Additionally, I am willing to offer powerleveling services in turn for the tabard if you do not have a paypal.
