Hurricane is for mostly PvP and PvE Server
a New level of PvP has been created with Hurricane.

PvE
Last Man Standing: Kill all Players, Last one alive is the winner and gets certain rewards.

Blazing Fast: 1 Minute to Down 2 players on a 2v2 Team

Lost Reputation: 2v2 Horde vs Alliance + Hostile NPC's

Mall
The Mall is a Location for Hangout, Getting Gear/Weapons and other items, You are also able to exchange Tokens, And other Different things
You can skill up your Professions here without the need to gather items like mining or gathering herbs its all in a vendor, The Mall is not for PvP
It cannot be done there anyway But duels are accepted.

Core
Our Core is more different than any other, It is built for Windows, and Ubuntu Linux. For the most part it is created for player enjoyment You will experience less bugs, and more working spells and items in this server than any other Fun Server/PvP Private Server you will ever find out there. The Core it self was built over MaNGOS and improved the fact that we don't use ArcEmu is that it is very Unstable and the LUA is single threaded as C++ is Multi-Threaded it will perform better and faster.The Servers stability is much better than other servers up to 10-20 Hours stability compared to 3-6 hours of stability for a normal server that uses a different or badly coded Core. Adding to the subject, Our ScriptDev2 Database is always up to date as the same as our NPC AI (ACID) to give a Player a good experience in their Raids or instances with Mimiced Retail Actions by a npc or by scripts. Our Developer team is large and expanding to get bugs Fixed faster and better without adding more bugs to the core, Our core is updated Every Tuesday During 10-11:00 PM (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)

but What ever, I'll post them. Originally posted on our forums so here it is!

Structure

- Manages Characters, Items, Game objects, NPCs, Etc...

- Communicates with Game Servers, Example: FireServer41 w/Mangosd.exe
- Manages Accounts, Forum Accounts, Realm Listing, Example: Hurricane Fun, Other in future...

- Network: 2x 1Gb/sec + 10Gb/Sec FiberOptic XFP (XFP Fiber provides Speedy Local MySQL connection and File transfers for Fire Server 41/42)
- Services: DarkiCE Login, WebServer, MySQL Server

Server & Datacenter Information
- A Game server uses a 2Gb/sec Fiber to connect to the Login Database and Transfer files quickly, As the two ethernet ports are incoming and outgoing packets for Players/Clients using the server.
- The 100GB SSD Provides Quick Access and read times for the Website and MySQL Database to ensure the least amount of lag possible
- The Separation has Decreased Memory Usage, Hard Drive Bandwidth/Usage, Processor Usage by 70%
- 150Gigabit/Sec in local Datacenter Bandwidth
- 30Gigabit/Sec in Off-Site Datacenter Local Bandwidth
- 10Gigabit/Sec from On-Site Datacenter to On-Site

Our Servers are hosted by the Best Server Host and cheapest ever, Penalty.bz
I as well work at this Hosting Business, there is 2.5Gbps Upload and Download.
As needed Penalty.bz hosts 6021 Servers TOTAL in their DataCenter, The Off Site Datacenter is a Smaller but only hosts 2 Servers TOTAL at this time, I cannot provide any Speedtests for reasons as the Bandwidth is being used and this would slow down the customers servers as there is 2.1Gbps Being used at this time. And i highly doubt speedtest.net would even get 400Mbps as they may max out at 80x65 which is my guess.

Admins
Hurricane has 1 SuperAdmin and 2 Admins Total at this time.
As Hurricane Does not use GM or Admin like other servers we use the Original way of determining the ranks of Administration like on Garry's Mod, CS:S, TF2, And many other games. As Game Master is not used, You will be fine calling us GM and Admin anyway but we use something different and we suspect you to use the new Terms as well, It makes it much easier to determine others ranks.

How New is Hurricane?
Hurricane Originally Formed early 2010 and was in full Development for months until now.
The Server has been improved very much since January 2010 and is Completed in Development and ready for Incoming players, There may not be many people on Hurricane when you start, but may this not bother you as our Admins will take good care of you and ask to Raid, Duel, PvP, Anything you really want, The admins will be very helpful and at your service once you come online they can show you the way around the Mall and such. The Admins will support you in any problems, Any Exploits of adding items can be detected easily as this will be fixed in the OP Codes later on in the next Core Update to disallow Hacking players packet sniffing our server during login. If caught you will be IP Banned and disallowed by the next 25 IPs above yours to Permanently Disallow you from our server forever. This means you will be unable to access our website, The Server, Or anything at all, Our Network Administrators do a good job of keeping You out on any attempt to use another persons Network/VPN or anything else, The IP will be Blocked if you were a previous Hacker Attempt to this server, And continue to hack, Your IP will be Hacked, and Bricking your Router/Computer/and Anything else connected to it. As you were disallowed in the past this is the last warning of Destruction of your personal property for Hacking Hurricane. Thank you for reading this.
