Chat without client? (Concerning old program)

2 years ago or so there was a program for WoW 2.4.3 and below that allowed you to login to an account and chat through a console window. It used WoW.exe and it's DLLs (~5 of them) copied over to the programs folder to do so. I believe it also allowed you to switch channels, talk in trade, etc.

Does anyone know of such program in existence today? I have no recollection of the name of this program.

I would love for someone to reupload it and possibly provice a Source for it, as I am very interested in this. This sounds like a wonderful tool.
