Cooldown changer?

Hello,

Is there any programs out there who can change your spell cooldowns?

I've found one at Deathsoft's forum: [URL="http://www.deathsoft.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=12971"], but i cant get it to work because my PC won't install java. It saýs that java is already installed but i don't got java (lol).

Well, how do i use it? When i open it, it says:
Failed to open process: 5.
Failed to open 'wow.exe' -2. Process name must be EXACTLY wow.exe

Ohh, and someone says that its a trojan so gonna delete until you reply again. Plz help me!

Nevermind. its working now. But some of instant spells doesnt work...
