MGC Chat Evo Box Crashing Ramdomly

I am currently using Mac OSX, on Safari, and the Chat box randomly closes and I have to go up to the address bar and hit enter like 5 or 6 times for it to load.

I have a similar problem with Opera on Windows 7 x64, though it doesn't occur very often.
