Bot script help

When i go to use a bot or something like an anti afk bot for example they say use this script. Here is the page im talking about "http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-of-warcraft/bots-programs/280897-anti-afk-honor-leech-bot-autoit.html" and they say use that script. What program do i use to run the script?? If you know of any other free BG bots that i can use please tell me them. thanks
