Which free mining bot is the best?

theres so many available and i dont know which is the safest or most efficient, can anyone help me out? which ones do you use and why? thanks

I use gpbot. Register on the forums lots of profiles/help. Haven't been banned for it yet, and i've made almost 40k gold from it.:P
