Our guarantees and policies:

- All of our services will be delivered within the time frame specified above. If not, you will receive a refund of 10% per day extra it takes.
- Any accounts which are temporarily or permanently suspended while under the control of us will result in a 100% refund issued.
- The buyer may request a refund at ANY time during the services. We will deduct our costs in relation to what we have done so far.
- All e-mails and queries will be answered within a 12hour timeframe. We aim to support all of our customers with any queries within 3hours.
