    Java + Warden

    Hi,

I have recently done some development and am convinced that writing a bot in java is completely doable. I have also realized that in order for me to do what I want I need to read memory / Send keys to wow directly.

My question is, although I can do this no problem with JNI, what is the cost/benefit of sticking with java versus going with C#. I am going under the impression that java will somehow "mask" itself through the VM from warden and any future Blizzard sorcery.

Am I right to assume this or am I overlooking something critical.
Also, what would be best in your opinion, C# or C++.

    Thanks,
    Let's get some shoes.

I have written a bot in Java, used it for over 4 years and never have gotten a ban, suspension, or gear taken away. It was very tedious process, mainly because you don't have the ability to manage your memory. Most of it invovled pixel searching and blind navigation, but it got the job done.

I would say to code it in C++, mainly because that is the language that I happen to know also :P
