Bawx not public for active members

First off, V2! I love it so far, but to my disappointment I did not see the bawx as I did before :3
are the access permissions changed? I can't live without it really :3

It's working for me, is active user or active members a usergroup?

It's the 40+ Rep active users that where able to see it before. I too have this same problem.

This should be fixed now.

It was visible for Established users. (40 rep + 50 posts)

Its still meant to be up the top right? If so I still cannot see it.
