Buy 20 blue wrapping paper buy 40 red wrapping paper 2 cheapy blue items and 58 Blacksmithing hammers and you just but 2 blues in blue paper and 18 bsmith hammers and then you put all the other bsmith hammers in red paper then you make a very clever Message macro

Example:Now selling random gifts Blue ones 3g have a 10% chance of dropping a blue and 5 of dropping a epic! Red ones cost 1g but only 1% chance of dropping a epic!!!! Buy now limited supply and only selling for today!

This scam makes 10-200g depending on the logic of your server and how many pepole on your faction and do not use Trade channel or LFG because some smart ass would rat u out use Yell for your scamming needs

For the cheapy blue items use something that nubs think are AWSOME blues cuz they look amazing like a warmonger Price:11-21g Rarity:Common Look:Pimpin

Its whats known as a 'Lottery'.

It isnt really a scam because you make people aware of their chances of receiving an item of value.
No harm in actually having some decent stuff every now and then to make sure business doesnt become stagnant.

Also, select and broadcast a level range to sell to and have your rewards relative to their range.


Its a get rich quick scheme that requires you to have a fair stash to start off with.

Macros are the key here also.

There is a version of this where people duel for cash.

i am not sure how this works and whether or not you can scam using it and stay withing the game rules but essentially you are going to advertise Duell me for gold - you win I pay 10g per 1gold you have staked - or similar

They have to give you their gold to start with - suggest you put a max of 200g on your add (has to be at least slightly credible) and go for it.

This sort of scam is going to work best with at least 2 people running it - and preferably more. One guy gives the duelling champion (the guy whos is paying the 10g for each gold ur customers stake) a duel and beats him - he then tells a bystander he just won 300g - and hopefully the innocent bystander asks how and gets sucked in to the scam - win or loose your champion pockets the loot and buggers off.

you want to be saying stuff to the "potential customer" like - hes norrmally really good but tonight he is pissed/stoned etc etc to suck them in.

There is a principle in sales - if you get 3 no's move on - use it in scamming - if 3 pms to the guy donr suck him in - move onto the next potential customer.

That is a working way also racing bets by running from org to razor hill...bet is 10 gold winner takes the pot all you do is magically use a speed hack for x1 and it looks like ur lagging and you only win slightly so its beliveable and u made ur self 10-50g

i did this on christmas last year...only i used 500 wraping papers, 480 bs hammers, and 20 crappy blues...eventually got 100 gold....and resent eeverything i got back
