Or is there a way to get it, besides paying?

Nope, there isn't, with exception of a private bot.
For a paid bot I'd go with Gatherbuddy.

I think GP bot is free (not sure tho)
Also I believe PocketGnome has flying/gathering turned on too.
I have lifetime subs to GB tho - it is sooo worth the money.
I think Omega has a gatherer addon and is cheaper then GB tho
