Dear MMOwned,

I left the WoWLegacy Community a little while back due to some issues with the coding team. A new coder by the name of Ectrian came onto the scene and basically thought he could take charge. Ectrian has a bad rep of starting projects and leaving.. however I know how he codes, and I can work with the code. After working a little bit, Mr. Ectrian decided he wanted to be better, and one up everything I was doing by pointing out my mistakes *which were patches to fix his mistakes*. As senior web programmer and main DB admin I quickly got pissed as someone whom I was directing, decided to become chief. Soon the project turned as he became the main "owner" of the project.

After then sitting back and letting him do his own work, he needed help. Once again I stepped in, fixing errors, and programming. We worked to make WoWLegacy great with a new function website that taps into the core user file from an emulator and convert it to a local forum system and everything all from scratch. Soon after Ectrian decided to be a little bitch again and start putting his name on the code. All over.

I brought a red flag up to my boss Nico. Nico looked the other way, because Ectrian was working and thats all Nico cared about. Nico talked with Silent (shudder) and of course all Silent wanted was more money, and people to like him and his network.

I quit.

When I left, it shook the community. I left silently to no cause drama. Now the site started loosing because they lost there webmaster. WoWLegacy started to go down hill. It looked like it was the end. Ectrian followed suit after he realized he cant program with out me. WoWLegacy now relied on a few people who cant tell the different between a conditional loop and a functional loop.

WoWLegacy went without getting its needed updates and swapped back to its old forum system with a new front end.

A few months go by and drama starts. In one of there staff meetings it was brought up about the site. Instead of stating what really happens, my name was thrown around like a child. They said "I left cause I was a kid". Everything was my fault.. etc.

Rule #1. When you hire a programmer to work on your stuff, if they leave the project. Don't slander them. It will come and bite you in the ass since I am the one who created the files.

Rule #2. Back your stories with Facts.

Rule #3. Karma's a bitch.
