Teleport hack?

Hello, i am wondering if there is any teleport hacks that works for teleporting to other continents?And i also wonder what the map ID for Azhara Crater is?
You see, im playing on a private server with 3.3.2, and on this server the donor mall is in azhara crater. so would love it if anyone could tip me of a program that can port to other continents, and/or give me the map ID to azhara

wowinfinity has a teleport hack but unfortunately you have to buy both the original program and the elite version to use its teleport feature. its not a bad program i still use the non elite version sometimes just to get around (speed hack, flying hack, and no clip)

all i found on elite pvp 'rs was

had to cut up elite and pvpers for not gettin filtered out

But it dont port by cordinate, its just a kind of fly hack. What i want is a teleport hack that can go to a location across continents by ID

Also, xxassassinxx, i dont got a credit card, so i can not buy wowinfinity=(

I'm pretty sure it's impossible to teleport from continent to continent, but there is a really nifty hack called AMulti that has a teleport feature, and it's free! What I find cool is it's click-to-teleport feature, if you hold the left CTRL and click anywhere, you teleport there! I suggest looking at it.

Well, its a sad story that we got so much unique and awesome hacks, and nobody can teleport to other continents:S

hmm some weeks ago i searched asnwer for this question too...i wanted to teleport on live servers to programmer island :-) but teleporting between map IDs is impossible...but i got friend that know how to do it...but its fixed now..maybe he update it.
