as arcane mage ( PVE ) what sokets, talent build, main stats should i have ?

You should socket Spell Power & Haste, or Spell Power & Spirit, and your meta gem should be Chaotic Skyflare Diamond - Item - World of Warcraft
Focus gear stats like this: Hit Cap>Haste>Spell power>Crit

2v2, go with warrior preferred. DK / Lock works fine as well, but that's personal really.
3v3, you could go a lot of different. I'm doing TSG (DK/Hpala/Warr), and was doing Frost Mage/Ele Shaman/HPala.
5v5, I played Disc Priest/HPala/Frost Mage/Elemental Shaman/Warrior
