[SQL] Quest Learned Abilities on Char Creation (Mangos)

I noticed that on my server, players would complain about the fact they were missing key abilities that are awarded by quests. I finally got tired of adding them manually to every player that asked, so I created this SQL file to add all the spells to the DB, and it includes 300 riding for each class too, for good measure.

It might not be perfect, as I'm not an SQL genius, but it should work okay.
