WTB: Banned/Locked WoW Accounts

I am looking to buy banned/locked wow accounts, I don't need any information on the accounts other than the login/password. However the more information you can provide the better.

Basic accounts work the best, anything that isn't worth money. I am not willing to pay more just because the characters on the account are nice, odds are the account won't be recovered it's just some experimental work I'm doing that I need banned/locked accounts for.

If you have some accounts or an account that is going to waste just let me know and I will buy up a few a week.
