36 Mana shock spells

Just thought someone somewhere might like to know that it is possible to get shock spells for just 36 mana. I understand this should be in the exploits section, but I can't create threads(less than 5 posts) and its less of an exploit more of a bug.

With Shamans get the clear casting talent from the elemental tree and get the Shamanistic Focus talent from the enhancement tree. Due to a bug when the clearcasting procs(alot with lavaburst) you will find that your shock spells only cost and consume 36 mana. Good for levelling with little downtime.
