[Funny/Help]Scaring a scammer

Hey guys, I don't know if i'm in the right forum but if not i'll move my thread.

recently somebody tried to scam me on ebay and now I want to scare the shit outta her, I would like to have help creating a message from a certain FBI agent that is investigating on her and that will arrest her if sh does not collaborate.

I just need the best fake emailer and a really well written letter

also some websites that will spam her email

Any normal scammer would see right true that
The fbi doesn't contact you by mail for starters
And you can get a fine for committing this.

oh and, this won't work. if he/she's a scammer then he's probably familiar with this kind of jokes. or at least he's not dumb enough to actually fall for that.
