Get "Opportunity" and Master of Deception.

Mutilate owns end game= with a good mh/oh dagger u can double 1.5k crit or maybe 2k if ya got really good ones

HORRENDUS SPEC. You need DW Spec or Oportunity, and do NOT let anyone tell you otherwise. 41/20, 41/0/20, or 41/3/17.

I have a 70 rogue and still don't know crap about specs, and I can still agree with Sikonosos and say it's awful. :|
And tbh if you use backstab to apply poisons.. something's reaaaaally wrong here.

Touche.. and yes I know the e is missing that flick thing. But honestly, all I did was run around and tap sinister strike until things died from 1 to 70.. while doing quests related to them of course. So no, I didn't buy it, but I never actually paid attention to it cause honest to god it doesn't matter to me all that much :> Tis only my alt.

First question, do you have a pvp ore pve focus? I'm assuming pvp because mutilate gets outdpsed easily once you pass mag.

So here is my personal favorite pvp spec for bgs/arenas:

Some people get imp SnD for pvp, but I never really end up using it, and having a parry is better than having a dodge, mainly because of overpower.
Also, some people get riposte but I found having that threw off my whole stun and energy rotation, so I leave it out of mutilate.
