80 PvP Spec for shamans?

I've heard heaps of stuff. Different depths of ele/enhance. Could anyone give me a real good spec?

Elemental tbh. Enhancement is FUN, but the odds of you owning with it are slim to NONE unless your actually geared & know how to play enhancement. People will attempt to kite you, your cc breaking / stopping kinda sucks and yeah. Elemental lets you rape from far.

If your geared and know shamans though, enhancement is the funnest spec in the game.

Elemental is probably the most viable. Amazing damage, great burst, outstanding longevity in a fight, and ability to play hybrid and heal when teammates need it.

Enhance is CC'd very heavily, and splash (ie Starfall) cleaves your wolves, and you survival talents can be purged. Only truly viable with a BeastMaster hunter, and every decent arena team knows how to handle a beast-cleave. In BGs your are viable, but everything but Holy-Priests are viable in BGs

Resto is only viable with Rogue/Lock/Shaman and double healer warrior teams. Also, while resto a half-decent rogue can lock you down so badly that you will oom or your partner(s) will die.



Whatever you find fun, you can run. Takes practice and good team-mates. Good Luck!
