Real business fullfil the order queue and consolidate orders per realm to help speed the process.

In business terms fulling the 3 orders of 10k on KJ is far better than blowing them off to do a 2k order 16 slots on another realm down the list because of limited personel.

I speak of my experience... PATIENCE goes along way. 30k beats 2k anyday.
