[Question]Youtube views without stucking conter

Can someone tell me how to do it ? How can i advertise my video when the counter is stuck on 459 for like 2 months now and i can't get it moving again I can reupload and start again, but i guess the end result will be the same if i try to run tubeincreaser or something like that.. Any thoughts ?
