Full INFO account, Help please.

Okay, so i got some full info accounts... but i don't know what to do with them... Is it possible to make them "safe"? like merge them to a Battlenet account? Can i sell them?

I got acces to some of them's email adress.

And i got an account without CDkey's, State/Province/Region, and phone number... what can i do with this one?

Well - if you sell them, there's a huge chance the person will get their account back and thus recalling your money! Might as well scam gold on them and then sell it off.

And with the account with CDKEY/WHEREDEYLIVE/PHONENUMBER, not much, really.

Merging them won't really matter because they will call in get them unmerged, and merged back with their information. The only way I can think of to make an account safe is transferring it to a fresh account and banning the other one. Though it does require a little bit of money and it's not 100% success. The only thing I would do is scam and sell the gold.
