PS help quick

Hey Ive been trying to get the background off a image but when I magic wand it the wand doesent pick up the full img and if i try just to resize it on PS it turns messed up and smushed, Could somebody help me? Here is my pic i need to be cut out, or could sumbody tell me how?

what part of the pic u want cut?? the black off it or what man id help but not to sure what ya want

If you sign up to that website and open the full image, just drag it into Photoshop and it comes with a transparent background to it.

when I do that it wants to make a new document, so i do then nonthing happens

hmm since i know that just copy the image in full size...then make a new doc and paste it

No what your suppost to do at planet renders is you save the pic in full screen then open it in photoshop and it works fine
