So I did the loot card scam on a guy, we never chatted ingame about the trade always on msn. I made him buy an item on the AH from me. Now after he bought hte item and figured he got scammed he is going to blizzard 2 days after and gonna open a ticket will I get banned or ? Also is there anything I can do to make them not take the gold away can't I just buy a shit load of mats ?

yeah blizz cant check your logs out of the game so there is no proof at all that u indeed have talked to him in your life xD

What if I pulled him in ? I was spamming trade saying selling WoW loot cards but the trade didn't happen untill 3 days later. We never chatted in game about the trade etc. I just told him to add my msn in game that was it.

If I deleted my character and just sent the gold to a different character would that work ?

yes it would but i dont think you need to do it, mostly if somehow blizzard were some crazy geniuses then they would track you and ban you for omg!! 3 days :O
