How to Compile your own maps for any Revision

I'm so annoyed with seeing threads requesting ad.exe extractors
This mini guide will tell you how to compile ad.exe the proper way.
This requires you to have C++ installed on your computer.

    • First Navigate to Arcemu\trunk\extras\arcemu-windows-libraries\Sources
    • Next double click VC90 Solution. Make sure the drop box says Release and then Build the solution
    • Then Navigate to this folder ArcEmu\trunk\extras\arcemu-windows-libraries\VC\lib and copy zlib_release_win32 and paste it in ArcEmu\trunk\extras\map_extractor
    • Rename your copied file to zlib
    • Double click on AD (yes the one with both letters capped)
    • Make sure it is set to release and then build solution
    • If you did everything correctly, it should have successfully built your very own ad.exe file in the current folder map_extractor
