Markeedragon Rep Trading?

Well I noticed that Mmowned has a stickie where people will give other people rep if they make good comments, rate it 5/5, subscribe or make video responses to there videos, they would +rep them on Markeedragon. I had a suggestion of making something like that but if people repped them on Markeedragon, in return they would rep them on Mmowned. I've noticed a lot of people being shot down from trying to scam (Or trade) because of the lack of rep! It doesn't have to be just Markeedragon, it could also be other account trading/selling sites. Anyone agree :O?
