Easily RFK - you have a chance at the best ret pally weapon at your level (assuming your ret spec that is), Corpsemaker is amazing for the slow weapon speed, and RFK is right in the Barrens, which shouldn't be out of your way if you're questing in 1k Needles.

With 3.8 weapon speed Corpsemaker will proc Seal of Command 7/15 times a minute, almost half the time you swing you should see Seal of Command do it's job well.
