If you want a specific and original phisher made for practically any site, you may post here.

I will choose from those that post or pm me.

I will make almost any site, but may expect payment if the job will be long / tedious.

Seems other phishers like the real current one just don't wanna work for me...

Whit the new US login page and a page that will ask full info like : Full name , Address , Cd key (Optional) , Secret answer , Email Registered to the Account.

Probably one of the most important details would be any page that at least confirms their details have been sent to Blizzard and they should expect an e-mail soon or something, with just a redirection to the World of Warcraft main website homepage.

Reason for this is because it makes it look more authenticate. Generally phishers are asking players to verify their accounts for various reasons, you don't need to get them to verify their address and crap (good if you want full info though, I don't really mind either way myself) but telling the user that their details have been sent and then redirecting them to World of Warcraft Community Site can help the person believe it's an authenticate login.

Of course, if you're smart you'd just look at the address bar. But from past experience hardly anyone does this.
