Hello, PolishMaster1 here. I'm going to teach you how to install an addon now. This guide is for all of you out there who want cool UIs or any other addon out there, but are too lazy to ask how to do it, or just don't want to ask.
Okay now to business.
First, find the addon you want to download, either from that addon's own webpage or a WoW addon site like www.curse-gaming.com. Second, create a folder anywhere on your computer and name it something that you'll remember like "My Mods" or "My Addons". Click the download button for the addon you want to download, and click save when it prompts you to choose between opening or saving this addon. Save the addon to your folder that you created. Then, click my computer and go to your folder. Find your addon you want to install, and double click the folder, then choose extract all files. When the window pops up that says where do you want to extract these files to, click the "Browse" button, and then go to wherever you have world of warcraft saved on your computer, open the world of warcraft folder, go to interface, then to addons, and extract the files to there.
Your addon is now installed and ready to use!!!
After you login to world of warcraft next time, on your charcter select screen, there should be a small button on the bottom left corner of the screen that says "AddOns" on it, if you click it it will bring up a list of all the addons you have currently installed. You can use this menu to reactive or disable addons you have installed.
Thanks for reading my guide, I hope it was helpful.
