itd be good if you made a popup thing that says "if it says [no questions here, IT MEANS NO QUESTIONS" a popup as in like that popup you used to have that said vote here...i always click on things thinking someone got something new only to see "is there one?" or "can you do it?"

i like it. when you hit new post "REMEBER! no question in this forum!" pops up. sure would help.

actually something like that does popup for people with 15 posts or less, it asks them if they ARE SURE they are posting to the write forum, and the only forum allowing questions is the WoW General forum... this all takes place before they even start writing, if they fail to read that + all the announcements than they deserved to be banned for 24-96 hours.

i dont agree.... they shouldnt get banned, that would just discourage them from ever visiting again, maybe just a PM warning telling them if they do it again it can get them banned a day? i really dont like the idea of the instant-day-ban.

I'm thinking of implementing a points based warning system. X amount of points = a certain punishment. certain violations rack up y amount of points.. so on and so forth

i dont think they sould be banned. if they do it 5 or 6 times after warnings they should have a ban

as is, they get 9 points that expire over 30 days for posting in the wrong forum. Why? because there are warning signs all over the place. Even right when their about to make their post users with less than 25 posts get a screen that asks them if their sure their topic is being posted in the right forum... then if they get 9 points they dont get banned.. if they rack up points ontop of that.. they get their ban..

I agree, but i think if they ask a question, why not just delete their post, or make them delete it or be banned or something like that.
