Wonderful Gold Scam

This is a simple scam, it works 90% of the time (provided there are buyers)

Ever notice the cost of shirts lately? People are willing to pay 1-2g for shirts.

Check your AH, find out if anyone is selling the shirts with the prefix and suffix "Common x Shirt", x being the color.

Head to your local noobies zone. Well, the one after the noobie zone. For Trolls/Orcs this would be the Barrens, for Dwarves it's loch Modan, basically your 12-22 area.

Now go to the major town of this zone. Find the clothier.

He should be selling Yellow, Grey, or perhaps even black shirts.

Buy as many as you want, just enough to ensure you some substantial gold.

Head to the AH and post them for 1g each, but be sure to check if there are any for cheaper before you post.

Tip: Don't flood the AH, people will just realize the true value and undercut you.

Again, try to keep this underground :D

People gotta roll in style obviously...

This is the same concept as the first aid books. People are just too lazy to run out and buy them from the vendor themselves. You're just pasically getting paid for your service of running out there and supplying the AH.

Yep. Also, few people relize that there's an unlimited supply of these from vendors.

Maybe people collect shirts, too. Who knows?

Tested, usually this only works with Swashbuckler or Stylish shirts. No one in their right mind would buy a Common White Shirt for a gold. In Cenarion Circle, anyway.

This actualy happens in my server, couse everytime i check for , llika a new lether armor.. and i just click search on armor.. im used to see.. whell about 1432423 shirts.. in diferent colour.. all going for 2 in buyout xD

dont whant to try.. couse it seems stupid =P

Hey Eldretch, is it you from the Test Server? Gonna get on it tonight, hope to see you there, if it's you! Anyway, good idea, not too much of a scam though, more like preying off of people's laziness.
