Why doesnt my Phisher work?

I downloaded a phisher from some topic here, and I uploaded it on Freehostia. The guide says it should just work now, but it doesn't. What am I doing wrong?

Maby it needs some time to update?

Web hosts seem to really be cracking down on phishers. Any keyword that is in their list will immediately make the website unusable. Or certain parts of PHP code are being denied as well. I'm currently trying to find a host that is not doing these things. It seems like any hosting done by Byet (like that cpanel crap) is now doing this.

And also, is Freehostia good for it then? Everyone says so, but if you say they filter words..

My ultimate phisher ( Shared Lounge ) is hosted on freehostia with no problems. Also, To avoid been banned set up a redirection to your site on dot.tk, By doing this the person can not see what the actuall URL of your site is, View any of your HTML logs or anything. Thus, They can not report it!
