This guide will show you how to make a sign.
The sign will be a solid object, and viewable by all online players.
EntryID - A random number. Choose a high number, and make sure it is not used by another items in your database.
DisplayID - The display of your sign. Display IDs will be listed later in this post.
Name - The name of your sign. The name is viewable when you mouse over the sign.
Edit the things in Red.

When you finished making your .sql file, save it as RandomName.sql. And execute it into your database.
Then go in-game and type .go spawn Entry ID.
