Check in your logs at your control panel, the uploaded log is named lohg.txt or SqaLogs.html or such. Depending on what phisher you uploaded

Pretty much as he said. Go into FTP manager, and then go from there. I believe that its called FTP manager for 110, or else its like, File manager. And if the website is up, there is no need to create anything, the logs should already be in there.

I just copypasted a site's sourcecode, and turned it into html website. I uploaded SqaLogs.html but the information's isnt coming/uploading to it..........>:>:>::>:>:>

So you mean, you made your own Phiser but it don't want to update logs with account/password?
